Refund policy

We want you to love your ToTi tote. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 2 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The tote must be clean and free from any wear, stains, or damage.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
